AI-native product and solution house

From idea to running product, on a governed production line.

Circuitte is the AI-native product and solution brand of Verisay Software Technologies. Our senior engineers work alongside AI agents on a supervised production line. In the systems we deliver, autonomous steps also run under staged authority, through gates, on record; people have the final say.

  1. SPEED

    Working software in weeks

Weeks from discovery to a first working release, then a steady release rhythm. The speed comes from an AI-assisted production line and ready-made building blocks, not from shortcuts.

  2. CENTRE

    Governed autonomy

Autonomous processes run under staged authority, through approval and quality gates, on record and reversible. It is how we work, and it is built into what we hand over.

  3. OWNERSHIP

    Clear ownership, no lock-in

The ownership model is written into the contract. With a transfer of ownership, your bespoke code and IP pass to you at the stage the contract defines; the product runs in your repository, on your infrastructure. No runtime dependency on us.

Release line

Every change passes the same gates.

Shipping a change is one command, with tests, a security scan and an approval gate behind it. Every gate passed is recorded, and every release stays reversible.

  1. Quality gates Nothing moves on until the tests and the security scan pass.
  2. Approval gate At the critical step the decision goes to a person; who approved, and when, is on record.
  3. Reversible release Every release is versioned; what changed is clear and the previous version stays within reach.

Same principle, both sides

What we hand over works the way we build.

Governed autonomy is not only our method. The system you receive carries the same principle inside it, built in, not bolted on.

How we buildWhat you get
Staged authorityProduction steps move through Shadow → Assist → Autopilot; authority widens with measured confidence.Autonomous processes in your system come online through the same stages. You set the thresholds.
GatesEvery change passes tests, a security scan and a human approval gate.Autonomous steps pass defined gates; critical decisions go to a person.
RecordEvery decision is kept on an immutable record: who, what, why.Every autonomous decision leaves a traceable, auditable trail.
ReversibilityReleases are versioned and reversible; autonomous steps can be halted.Halt it, roll it back, step it down. You stay in control.

Products from the same line

We build and run our own products on the same production line, under the same principle. They are the plainest evidence of how we work.

You see every stage: regular demos, an open record, defined approval points.
